5. Shipping Information

   PureLux Labs provides tracked shipping services for domestic and selected international orders. Delivery timeframes displayed on our website are estimates only and may vary depending on courier operations, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control. Once an order has been dispatched, shipping responsibility transfers to the customer.

6. International Customers & Customs
   Customers ordering internationally accept full responsibility for understanding their country’s import laws and customs regulations prior to purchasing. PureLux Labs is not responsible for any parcels delayed, inspected, held, returned, confiscated, or destroyed by customs or border authorities. Refunds or replacements may only be considered for orders that arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their parcel regarding any issue with their order.
